Vermont Law Review is published quarterly each academic year: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. If you wish to order a yearly subscription of the Vermont Law Review, please send your name, and check (payable to Vermont Law School) to:

or call 802-763-8303 ext. 1253. Subscription costs are $32.00 (domestic) and $36.00 (foreign) per year, payable in advance. All subscriptions will be renewed automatically unless the subscriber provides timely notice of cancellation.
Address changes must be made at least one month before the publication date to ensure proper delivery. Please provide the account number, the old address, and the new address (include zip codes).

Current volumes can be purchased for $10.00 from Vermont Law Review.

Publishing Policy
Authors retain the right to post their published article, in whole or in part, on the Social Sciences Research Network (SSRN) or another Internet or Intranet site over which the Author has effective control provided that the posted document or text identifies the Author, Vermont Law Review, the volume, the publication year and--as soon as it is available--the number of the first page. Pre-publication postings outside of the scope of this policy are discouraged but can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
