We are excited to announce Vermont Law Review’s Symposium for the Fall of 2025! The Symposium will feature four panels examining pressing First Amendment issues: executive power and academic freedom in contemporary governance, the Pico v. Island Trees case and book banning in schools across the United States, African perspectives on artistic freedom of expression, and the rapidly evolving intersection of artificial intelligence and free speech in democratic societies.
Submissions The Vermont Law Review continually seeks articles, commentaries, essays, and book reviews on any subject concerning recent developments in state, federal, Native American, or international law.
